FFA Monthly Efficiency
What is the FFA Monthly Efficiency Report and How is it Used?
The FFA Monthly Efficiency Report is a graphical representation of the efficiency of each client for a given month. The efficiencies go from low to high on the x-axis with each client represented. The chart provides an excellent perspective of the ranking of clients by efficiency for a given month.
All clients are represented as long as the client has Invoiced Labor and Shadow Billable for the month.
Filters
The filters select:
(1) a month
(2) all or a portion of the clients. The default is to display all clients. A selection of the clients can be chosen depending on the quintile(s) (1/5th of the list) filtered. This selection allows you to focus, for example, on your best or your worst clients by efficiency for the month. When all settings have been selected, click the filter button.
Graph
The graph has the efficiency on the y-axis and the individual clients on the x-axis sorted by efficiency, low to high. When you hover over a client's bar, the specific data is displayed.
