Agreement Changes (ConnectWise Only)

Overview

The report introduces a comparison between projected billing and current billing for client agreements. It provides better visibility into future revenue and helps identify potential gaps or growth opportunities before month-end or renewal periods. The report is an easy way to verify adjustments and ensure accuracy ahead of billing. To compare the existing to the new, the report looks at every line of an invoice and compares to any quantity or SKU change for the next invoice.  For a proposed new agreement, all revenue will be new revenue.

If you run the report right after the monthly invoicing, the change should be minor, but if you run the report right before the next billing cycle, you will be able to see the maximum amount of change.

Key Benefits

  • Improved financial forecasting.
  • Early detection of billing anomalies.
  • Simplified month-over-month revenue tracking.

Filters

The report can be filtered on:

1. Agreement Types - select one specific agreement type or all agreement types.

2. Date Offset - The report will look at only the current month for agreement invoices. If the last invoicing for recurring agreements was produced the previous month, set this filter to Prior Month. Current Month is the default. In this way, the filter can provide the ability for the program to know when the last recurring agreements were produced.

Remember to Apply Filters when finished. You can also Clear Filters at any time and start again with the system default settings.
