Member Fixed Fee Agreements
What is the Member Fixed Fee Agreement Report and How is it Used?
The Member Fixed Fee (FF) Agreements report gives you a clear view of members who have put in time for FF agreements over a range of months. The report looks at either all members or an individual member. This table displays the following: clients where time is entered; the name of the agreement; the amount of hours worked on a specific agreement; the shadow billable; the efficiency for the agreement; and the member’s revenue.
Filters
The report can be filtered on:
(1) All members or one specific member
(2) A range of months (minimum of one month). There is a Quick Set pull down where you can choose from pre-selected date ranges.
(3) A min and max efficiency rate. Clients who are within this range will be included in the report
(4) When this box is checked, rows with zero are excluded
Note: Each of the reports can be downloaded in either PDF format or as an Excel/CSV spreadsheet using the icons at the right on the Filters heading . The "+" allows you to store the reports for later download. You can also save the report to use in Recurring Deliveries.
Make sure to press the Filter button to save the changes.
Body of Report
Each FF agreement has an efficiency that is then applied to the time a member worked on an agreement to determine the member's attributed revenue for the specific agreement for the months selected.
For example, Client 19301 has an efficiency of 1.59 for the time period. The engineer worked 73.39 hours for a shadow billable of $9.538.95. Therefore the member's attributed revenue is $9,538.95 X 1.59 = $15,139.06. The Delta is Member Revenue - Shadow Billable ---- how much more or less the member's attributed revenue was in the agreement compared to what the member would have billed at straight rates.
Next to the agreement name, there is a pie chart icon. By clicking on the pie chart icon, a table appears that lists all the time entries for that particular agreement. If the report is filtered on All Members, this table shows all member activity for the months selected. If the report is filtered by a single member, the table shows only the member's activities.
Specifically, the table lists: who worked on the agreement; the type of work done; when the work was done; how many hours the member(s) worked on the agreement; the member’s hourly rate; the shadow billable and the revenue earned by each member. Shadow billable is determined by the hours worked multiplied by the hourly rate. The monthly efficiency for an agreement is the ratio of invoiced revenue over shadow billable. Shadow billable multiplied by the efficiency will calculate the revenue earned by that member for the months specified for that agreement.
Totals
The last row of the report shows totals for hours, shadow billable, member revenue and delta. The average efficiency rate is listing for all agreements.
