The report provides revenue information by member by ticket in a given month.  By clicking on the '+' by the name of the member, a drop down list shows all of the tickets that were worked on by the member as well the billable hours, actual hours worked and revenue earned associated with that ticket. The total of the actual hours, shadow billable and revenue are in the totals line at the bottom of the chart.

The report is filtered on a single month (1). Members who are inactive for the month can be excluded (2) by clicking on the box next to exclude inactive Members.

Note: Each of the reports can be downloaded in either PDF format or as an Excel/CSV spreadsheet using the icons at the right on the Filters heading . The "+" allows you to store the reports for later download. You can also save the report to use in Recurring Deliveries (see highlighted area below).

The report shows actual hours worked by the member (1), the shadow billable (2) and the revenue earned (3).  

The report can be sorted by each column by using the up/down arrows next to each metric. The arrows act as a toggle to sort the data in ascending or descending order for the individual metric. For example, if you want to sort the data by Revenue in ascending order, click on the arrows next to the Revenue title. The first toggle click will always be in ascending order. If you wanted to see the data in descending order, click the toggle arrows a second time (highlighted in yellow).

The bottom row is a total of Actual Hours Shadow Billable and Revenue .

Click on the '+' next to the member name to get more detailed information on all clients worked on by the member during the month. Even more detailed information can then be found by clicking on the pie icon for the client.
