Understanding Client Risk

Facing New Challenges

The main goal of MSPCFO is to help our MSP partners manage their business, whether that be in a health climate or navigating through a crisis.  Particularly,  in times of financial uncertainty it is important MSPs take two meaningful steps to remain on solid footing:

  • Make a plan
  • And with that plan in mind, review and refine your budget

To help with these tasks, we have created several reports that are geared to provide insight into possible staffing shift needs, affects on your accounts receivables and the scenario testing on your top line depending on the type of clients you serve.

The following reports are listed under the Risk Assessment tab:

  • Client Risk By Market - What is your risk by vertical market?
  • Client Risk By Ticket Count - Measuring client risk by change in activity in tickets generated (especially reactive tickets).
  • Days Receivable By Client By Type - Understanding average day's receivables by client, further broken down by invoice.
  • Outstanding Invoices Risk - Comparing all outstanding invoices by client by type to a prior period.
  • Staff Utilization - Helps understand the staffing needs to service each board or project type.
  • Ticket Entry Times - Do you need to adjust staffing to accommodate shifts in ticket timing?
