FFA Agreement Profitability
What is the FFA Profitability Report and How is it Used?
The report shows profitability for:
- Labor & product (FFA) agreements
- Product only (L&S) agreements
- Block Time agreements
The agreements are grouped by the category assignments in your PSA.
The value of the report is to not only show you the profitability of each recurring agreement during the time period, but also to show the profitability of the category of agreement.
The Contribution (gross margin) in the Client P&L Report looks at the profitability of all revenue generated by a client. The FFA Profitability Report concentrates on only recurring agreements.
Filters
The filters allow you to select recurring agreements from:
1. Date Range - A date range or a predefined date range from the Quick Select barA date range or a predefined date range from the Quick Select bar.

When the '+' is used, the report is stored in a Download Basket to be downloaded with other reports at a later time. Once the appropriate filters are been applied to the report, a Report Profile can be saved and used for recurring deliveries (See How to set up Recurring Report Deliveries).
