Service Team Lead Profit & Loss
What is the Service Team Lead P&L Report and How is the Used?
The Service Team Lead P&L Report aggregates P&L metrics for each service team lead. Account roles are assigned by your PSA and then MSPCFO designates service team lead roles in the Lookup/ Team Roles table. When you drill down on a service team lead, each client assigned to the service team lead is listed. The report goes beyond the profit, loss, and contribution calculations to provide additional calculations that show a more in-depth view of key indicators for each client.

Body of Report
The Service Team Lead P&L is grouped by service lead member. One or more roles can be designated as a service team lead in MSPCFO. To view the individual projects under a service team lead, click on the '+' under the team lead member (highlighted below).
The report can be sorted on each of the columns. The up/down arrows next to each metric are for sorting. The arrows act as a toggle to sort the data in ascending or descending order for the individual metrics. The first toggle click will always be in ascending order (arrow up). To see the data in descending order (arrow down), click the toggle arrow a second time.
For each service team lead, the metrics are broken down into:

COGS - Labor and Product
Contribution - Labor and Product
Hours - Total hours, Effective Rate and Contribution per Hour
FFA Labor - The labor portion of the revenue
