Client Risk by Market
An MSP may service many vertical markets. Depending on the market, there may be a greater risk of volatility in today's environment. Hospitality might have a larger downward risk than Legal, for instance. The report provides a Best, Mid, and Worst case scenario for each client, based on a risk % assigned using the company's current monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
Pre-Assigned Settings
To get the most value from this report, the following settings need to be made:
- Make sure all clients are assigned a market in your PSA (the Health Check/Client lists any clients who still need the designation)
- Set up your risk assessment of various markets in Lookup/Market Risk Groups (the link is for the Lookup table and then go to the tab - Market Risk Groups)
