Reports on the Dashboard
MSPCFO's dashboard provides you with a snapshot or a quick view of valuable real-time information. The dashboard is made up of widgets, which are mini-applications. Currently, MSPCFO maintains over 20 widgets. There is a default dashboard, Hello World, which is the first screen you see in MSPCFO until you create a customized dashboard.
Hello World
The default dashboard is called Hello World. The dashboard has two configurations. The configurations are unique for the two PSAs supported by MSPCFO: ConnectWise and AutoTask. The widgets in Hello World cannot be customized or changed to other widgets. Here is a quick overview of the widgets included in Hello World:

3. Change in Time per Endpoint - Shows clients who have taken longer over the past 30 days to service per end point than the average of the trailing six months.
4. Monthly Recurring Revenue - - An overview of the change in recurring revenue for labor agreements over the past two months. Agreement Specifics
The Agreement Specifics report contains a number of specific widgets at the top of the report to allow you, on a single screen, to see trends in efficiency, hours per ticket, tickets per node and revenue per node for a given client. Shading is provided to show if the proportion of the work is above or below the rest of your clients. The second half of the report shows you the Ticket Configuration --- work done on agreements by type, subtype and item to help target specific work which might need improvement.
Customized Widget Dashboard
MSPCFO allows the user to customize the dashboard with a combination of published widgets. Customized dashboards are unique to a particular user. After creating a customized dashboard, the opening screen in MSPCFO will be your first customized dashboard.
The user can customize multiple dashboards with different widgets. For example, you may want a different set of widgets to view in the middle of the month than the ones that are viewed at the end of the month.
To create a customized dashboard, click on My Dashboards and then Create Dashboard.
The My Dashboard screen allows you to
1. Add Widgets from a list of predefined widget/applications.
2. Change the name of the Dashboard.
3. Clone a previous Dashboard
4. Delete a Dashboard
5. Download widgets to Excel
6. Download widgets to PDF
7 Download widgets to a Zip Fill
A description of all widgets can be found in Reports/Dashboard/Customizing Widgets on the Dashboard.
