In CW there are two fields for the product quantity on an invoice that can be used in MSPCFO:

1. Quantity - Default value used for quantity.
2. Quantity Shipped (If the inventory module is not used in CW, this value is always zero) - Only counts the product quantity actually delivered to the client.

In the Inventories table, if Quantity Shipped is selected as the default, we only use the quantity shipped value over quantity value if the Inventory category name is selected as 'Is Inventory'.

The first setting that should be set if Quantity Shipped is the quantity to be used is in the Options table.

Click the Edit Options button.

Under Invoices/Use Quantity Shipped: false is the default. This means that the Quantity field will be the one used for the quantity. To change to use Quantity Shipped, this setting should be true.

Check 'Use Quantity Shipped ' to change to 'true'.

In the Inventories table, check any inventory category that should be treated as a product. In the example below, only Quantity Shipped will be used for the category 'Inventory'. All other categories will use the Quantity field.
