Days per Month
Purpose
Many of the reports in MSPCFO use workdays per month and work hours per day for calculations. The system assumes an 8 hour work day, but the number of work days per month fluctuates depending on actual work days excluding weekends, and local holiday schedules. The workdays per month are used to calculate the total work hours in a month. Total available work hours will drive both the Lost Time calculations as well as hourly costs for members that use the MSPCFO payroll function.
The Days per Month table is a reference table to show each month and how many work days are available. The number of days is fetched from your PSA. If the work days for a month do not look correct, the change must be made in the PSA. No editing of these values can be done in MSPCFO.
MSPCFO stores the days per month back five years until the current month.
