Team Roles
Purpose
Team roles are established in the PSA. Each client company has a team and each team member has a role. The MSP can decide which role or roles to use for the Service Lead. MSPCFO then can aggregate by Service Lead.
The Team Roles table is used to set up the Service Lead. The Service Lead filter can be used in the:
- P&L/ Service Team Lead Profit & Loss Report
- Segments/ Client Segments Report
- Efficiency/Efficiency by Client
Service Leads can also be found in the Client list in:
- P&L/ Client Profit & Loss
- P&L/ Contribution per Hour by Month
- FFA/ Agreement Profitability
