MSPCFO feeds and calculates your data twice a day ---- midnight and noon in your time zone. There may be reasons that you would like MSPCFO to perform these functions at other times during a 24-hour period. For example:

1. Your company may create a group of invoices at 9:00 in the morning and you would like to see what impact these invoices have immediately.

2. You change some settings in MSPCFO and you would like to see the impact on your reports.

The MSPCFO reporting system allows you to start a feed from your PSA or implement the changed settings in MSPCFO at any time.

Use the Play button at the time right side of your screen, to the left of your name.

The following menu will allow you to feed/calculate or just calculate.
1. To feed data from your PSA, click the "Fetch PSA Data". This function will feed the last three months of data and then automatically recalculate.

2. To just calculate data in MSPCFO (if you have changed settings), click the "Calculate Report Data"
