Boards

Purpose

Each ticket in your PSA includes a field for the Active Type. These can be Proactive, Reactive or Unlabeled. MSPCFO allows for an override to the Active Type on each ticket by using the Service Boards table. All tickets can be changed to either Reactive or Proactive.

Filters

The table can be filtered by a date range (1) to show how many tickets, time entries and actual hours appear in each board over the time period selected. In the example below, the table will reflect all data in 2022.

Table

The table shows:

1. All boards that are active during the time period. (with the dates they are active)
2. The Active Type override field (default for all is Reactive)
3.  The number of tickets generated for this board over the time period
4. The number of time entries generated for this board over the time period
5. The actual hours spent on the tickets

The field that can be altered in the Boards table is the Active Type.

1. In the Lookup/Options table, select Tickets/Use Boards for Active Type = Yes
2. In the Boards table, set each Service Boards active type to either Reactive or Proactive (default setting is Reactive).
