Setting Up a New User
Becoming an MSPCFO User
When a company signs up to MSPCFO, the company is given a number of sign-ins for individual users. This number varies depending on the pricing plan for the company. Additional user logins can be added for a nominal monthly fee if needed.
MSPCFO can activate a new user account through a ticket request or a new user can be activated by an Admin-level user in the company. The first user for a company is activated during the on-boarding call.
Ticket Request
The ticket is activated within the MSPCFO program. Click on the HELP button on any screen.
The ticket should contain the following information:
1. First Name, Last Name
2. Email Address
3. Cell Phone of User (used for 2-factor authentication)
4. User Level (see below)
Admin. Member Request
An active Admin. user from the company can add a user through the User tab at the top of the screen. First click on the down arrow next to the use name and then click on the User tab.
A welcome email will be sent to each new user with instructions of how to set up their account.
User Levels
Depending on the user level, the following reports are available by default:
Admin.:
The admin. level is the highest level for a user. Access is given to all Lookup/Option tables and Payroll tables as well as all released reports.
Manager:
The manager level provides most of the reports, but does not allow the user to change the Lookup/Option tables or have access to Payroll information.
Member:
The member level provides most Member reports and Efficiency reports, but does not allow changing the Lookup/Option tables or give access to Payroll information.
Listed below are the available reports for each user level:
